While we love your little ones, Greg and Jackie respectfully request that there be no kids under 13 at the ceremony or reception, other than the kids in the wedding party. That being said, you are welcome to bring the kiddos to other wedding events, and we are happy to help arrange for group childcare if multiple families would like to join in. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns.

Both the Hotel Californian and the Hilton Santa Barbara will honor your reservation if you already booked a room for our original May 30 wedding date. Just call them to let them know you'd like to move the reservation to the new weekend. In general, hotels tend to be flexible about cancellations/postponements as long as you do not book a room that is nonrefundable. Airbnbs, on the other hand, are much more complicated and the cancellation policies vary by host. While house rentals are awesome and can definitely be more affordable for larger groups, please make sure to read the fine print!

We decided on a "colorful cocktail" dress code, so break out those colorful dresses and flashy shirts! While "cocktail" technically means more semi-formal attire, we want everyone to have fun with it. Think nice, but not stuffy! Suits and ties, but definitely no tuxedos! Also, please note that our wedding will be taking place outdoors. While the temperature is usually pretty perfect in Santa Barbara (we're talking 70s year-round), it will get cooler at night so be sure to bring a wrap. AND the venue has mostly dirt floors, so prepare your footwear accordingly (chunky heels are ideal!).
